The main act cannot complain that the show was “stolen” when the opening act is simply BETTER! Just like the named star can’t whine and complain upstaging because another actor played their role better. Well, maybe that overstates the fact.

Whining and crying “cheater” may rationalize the steal. But, it is just as easy to rationalize the loss was due to the inability of the star to learn and deliver the lines the script demanded. Thus, upstaged!

Let me be clear: The ex-president allowed the election to be “stole” because the president was simply upstaged, muffed the lines and failed to play the character the role demanded — with truth, honesty and integrity. Period!

The Supreme Jokort … (“joke-court”) doesn’t even realize that the law is, on its face, unconstitutional. That’s not because of Roe v. Wade. It’s because Texas taxes citizens and residents of another state, when they’ve done nothing in Texas and are without contacts with Texas. It’s called an “Interstate Commerce” violation. And, Texas has NO right to impose burdens on another state for which Texas does not pay. And, then, there’s the due process and equal protection of the law, at the tail end of the dialog. And, let’s not forget vexatious litigation. Or, how about lack of privity, assuming some sort of social contract. And, what possible standing does anyone have with regard to all of the conceptions that have not occurred? I don’t get it. Or, what standing does anyone have with regard to an impregnation with which he or she was not involved, directly or indirectly. Sorry, I don’t get it. Free to not get vaccinated, based on personal preference of one’s own body … even if it affects another. Yet, free to sue someone else based on who does get pregnant, knowingly or unknowingly, and decides to not bring a human being into existence based on their action … or even the action of another that’s opposed to their intention. I just can’t connect the dots.

Fairness doesn’t mean inequality is legal.

The Supreme Court, as in Dread Scott, is effetely endowed in 0authority – zoroauthority (neology for “zero-authority”).

Let’s think about it for a moment. Doctors and medical providers are now responsible for the therapy and treatments of their patients. Therefore, they are held to a standard of confidence inherent in privacy. So, it’s obvious. The providers of abortion services will simply become private businesses, unknown to the general public.

How can a private citizen know who is getting an abortion: Only by a breach of confidence by the medical provider. Therefore, the victim of an unauthorized disclosure has a tortious cause of action against (1) the medical service provider, (2) the employee of the medical service provider who breached the confidence – personally – and (3) the private citizen to was involved in the libel and slanderous disclosure. Moreover, to avoid the libel and slander, the tortious disclosure must prove the truth — the only defense to libel and slander.

The business model for family health should simply be integrated into what family management and planning is all about: HOME ECONOMICS! It’s what children should learn as a part of primary and secondary education. Sex education, home and personal finances (common sense economics) and stuff like that. COUNSELING SERVICES as a part of the institutions in American society. It should be a part of hospital services, just like having an emergency service.

Now, let’s think about the reality Texas has screwed up, badly! Individual freedom and accountability is what the Conservative agenda underpins. That means government isn’t involved is controlling the behavior of people. In a nutshell: “You cannot tell me what to do, even in a law, related to who I am, my work, my play or my conduct that’s none of your business.” Thus, the separation of church and state.

In the abortion issue, the question is, When can a person terminate the life of another? Obviously, it not a question of who can terminate life or whether or not life can be ended. Vegetarians will testify as to that. Thus, it’s a question related to “human” life after it’s initiated — procreated.

So, we’ve got to get to the act of procreation: fertilization of the cell! Therein the issue arises. But for the fertilization of the human egg cell, there is no question and no problem.

Let me cut through the bullshit: Every trial on the issue will be subject to jury nullification. And, every such trial utilizing jury nullification will be subject to a cross-complaint of libel, slander, breach of HIPPA, misrepresentation, fraud, treble damages awarded to the cross complainant for cross-defendants malicious prosecution and appeal to the Supreme Court of the dis-United States of Amerikkka.

So … bring it on … let’s see how the Texas legal system and the Federal courts make something happen to make democracy a reality.

In battle, the command to “retreat” means but one thing! Get back or get out of the situation as quickly as you can. In fact, only shoot back to maximize your chance of escape.

Someone is always left standing behind, for the benefit of the greater number who escape their fate. Who draws that straw?

“He who lives by the sword, dies by the sword!” That seems to be the answer I’ve heard.

Retreat? When a tsunami is approaching and the command is, “Run!” Who is to blame “how” those who obey the command respond? Blame, if any, would be that you didn’t run fast enough! Just what is the proper and dignified way to retreat? Proudly surrender? Proudly run back into the approaching tsunami?

Too many words. Too many rationalizations. Too much blaming. The Republicans put the madness in motion. That is where the accountability should be. And, in that sense, each citizen who voted in this system when George was president (“us”) is somehow responsible. Unfortunately, those who made this obvious blunder will never be held accountable for the wasted lives, as they continue to live.

As for some of us who opposed the decision, both about Iraq and Afghanistan, all I can say is, “Yep. You got a lot of shit on your hands. Don’t ask me how to get them clean at this point.”

Many years ago, my Father left Texas and, later, moved his wife (my Mother) to California. That was after the start of WW2.

This morning, I read that there is NO permit required to open carry a weapon in Texas. If you have a gun you can carry it (and, apparently use it).

I’m not convinced that the average American citizen, raised on violent fictionalized sensationalism for entertainment, actually know how to resolved a dispute. And, the evidence tends to support to observation that the more guns are in the hands of people, the more innocent people are killed by those possessing guns. Thus, I say: NRA = “no responsible accountability.”

Alcohol and fire arms do not mix. Best friends, in dispute and under the influence, will injure or kill one another. Arguments that, otherwise, would be settled are ended in the explosion of gun fire. The defense then becomes, “impaired” intention due to intoxication. Scant accountability, as far as the dead person is concerned. Let’s not forget unreasonable or mistaken jealousy.

My advice: get out of Texas if you value civility. For those leaving California: good bye and please don’t bother coming back with the uncivilized politics of death and destruction.
